Coaching

Youth Coaching
Youth coaching is one of my passions. It can be hard, but most of the time it’s good fun!
Athletics has a culture that teaches strength and resilience in a supportive atmosphere. Kids that participate in athletics form within a club atmosphere will grow stonger athletically whilst still being able to support others that they compete against. It is the reason I volunteer my time to help with youth coaching at TeamBR, partially as a father, and because I strongly believe that kids should have access to athletics in our local area.
Club Coaching
Being the lead coach at TeamBR really helps me stay focused and grounded. I’m always learning something!
Being part of the club is a great way for me to be able to instill my principles into the ethos of the club. We are all part of each others success and I feel a great sense of belonging in the club.
